On 28 September 2026, SAIA is attempting a Singapore Book of Records title: the most people creating an AIGC video, or AI-generated content video, in a single hour.
No film crew. No studio. No experience. Just you, your phone, and 60 minutes. You will walk in having never made an AIGC video, and walk out having made one, published live to a video wall alongside everyone else in the room.
We brief you step by step before the clock starts. You get a ready-made asset kit and a guided workflow, so you are directing rather than fiddling with settings. The hour begins, you create your video on your own phone, and you upload it to the SAIA video wall as part of the official attempt.
You are already fluent in video. Find out you can direct it, not just scroll it.
One hour to learn what AIGC video actually costs you in time and money, hands on. Bring your team.
They say AI is not for your generation. One hour and one video on the wall ends that story.
From 3pm, Event Hall 1-1 hands over to young founders. Not a showcase of what students might do one day, but businesses that already exist, pitched by the people running them.
Come to watch, come to heckle kindly, come to hire someone. If you're under 25 and building with AI, come to take the mic.
Join the youth festivalHelp a senior find support. Connect a neighbour with a volunteer. Make a confusing message less frightening. Bring your curiosity, team up on the day, and turn "wouldn't it be useful if" into something people can actually try.
You do not need to arrive with a team, a finished idea, or a computer science degree. You need a problem you have noticed and a willingness to build something rough with people you just met. AI does the heavy lifting now. Your job is knowing which problem is worth solving.

Prototyping platformMost of what holds a business back isn't a tool problem at all. AI helps with plenty, but it isn't the answer to everything, and pretending otherwise wastes your money.
What we noticed is that most owners don't have a neutral place to sort out which problems AI can genuinely solve before committing a dollar to anyone. That's the gap this clinic fills. One afternoon, one clear starting point.

The festival runs with the support of government agencies, industry associations and community partners across Singapore.

Directly connected to Paya Lebar MRT on the East-West and Circle lines, about a five-minute covered walk. Parking is available on site but limited on weekdays, so public transport is the easier option.
Everything sits across two levels. Lifts and escalators are in the same core, so you can move between them in under a minute.
Students, professionals, entrepreneurs and families. Come together to learn, connect and shape our digital future. Registration is free and takes about a minute.
